Induction Conference
Each year, AIESEC Strathmore recruits new talent to join its workforce. The new members have to undergo a series of interviews and attend a Local Induction Conference.
Its purpose is to empower and activate the leadership potential in new members. It also serves as a Training and Motivation Seminar for the old members.
The conference takes place in August.
National Executive Board
AIESEC Kenya's National Executive Board Meeting is a legislative meeting for all entitites in the network. It's purpose is to discuss national matters and assess member status based on a set criteria.
This year it will be held on Saturday 27th, June at Strathmore University from 8.00am.
